Backround Cycler

Backround Cycler is an open source program designed for changing background pictures on your desktop.

This program makes sure that your desktop is no longer monotonous and will rotate its background periodically. It is written in C# with the .Net 2.0 framework, and it closes to the system tray so you don't have to leave the window up.
